Strategic Awards & Rankings Communications Expert

Cooley LLP is seeking a Communications Specialist (Awards & Rankings) to join the Communications team in Chicago. The role supports the firm's global rankings, awards, and survey submissions, coordinating deadlines and materials, drafting submission content, and ensuring accuracy and alignment with firm messaging.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in marketing/communications, strong MS Office and iManage skills, and the ability to travel or work extended hours as required.
