Community Services Coordinator - 2Gen Impact & Outreach

Adams County is seeking a Community Services Coordinator to advance the Adams County Collaborative Management Program (ACCMP) using a Two-Generation (2Gen) approach to support children, youth, and families in Adams County. The role emphasizes prevention, intervention, and access to resources through the PACK program.
You will coordinate PACK meetings, engage families, build partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and government agencies, and help document outcomes.
