Growth Creative Designer for Paid Social

Ramp is seeking a blazing fast designer to join the growth marketing team on a 4–6 month contract. You will design and animate paid creative for Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and more, building scalable systems and templates that accelerate the team’s velocity.
You’ll partner with performance marketers and copywriters to turn ideas into high-performing ads, iterating quickly based on data and exploring AI-native workflows to push Ramp’s brand in paid social, video, and landing pages.
