Zipline's US Operations require a hands-on Maintenance Lead to own daily maintenance for a local fleet, directing inspections, repairs, and intake to keep aircraft ready for customer deliveries. You will lead technicians and Shift Leads while remaining hands-on and make airworthiness decisions within approved procedures.
You will design schedules, manage backlog and turnaround, coach staff, track KPIs, and partner with engineering and compliance to tackle root causes and improve processes.
