Proposal Coordinator for Rail & Infrastructure

Railroad Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support our RFQ/RFP responses for major rail, transit, and infrastructure projects.
You will organize content, manage schedules, assemble required documentation, and produce submission‑ready packages. You will draft and edit non‑technical content, coordinate with project managers and engineering staff, maintain the proposal content library, and ensure compliance with agency formatting instructions.
