Pay:
90.000 - 135.000

Full Time

Nan Xiang is entering one of the most exciting chapters in its history. We’re expanding rapidly, opening new restaurants across the country, launching new products and experiences, and building one of the most recognizable Chinese restaurant brands in America. We’re looking for a Brand & Creative Marketing Manager to own how our brand comes to life across every customer touchpoint.
This isn’t simply a marketing role—it’s a brand-building role.

You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing to shape the voice, visual identity, creative direction, and customer experience across both Nan Xiang Soup Dumplings and Nan Xiang Express.

As Nan Xiang continues to expand nationally, one of your biggest responsibilities will be building the systems, standards, and creative processes that allow our brand to scale without losing what makes it special.

If you love building brands, writing compelling copy, leading creative, and sweating the details that make brands memorable, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Own
Brand Stewardship

Own and maintain the Nan Xiang brand across every customer touchpoint

Ensure consistency in messaging, voice, and visual identity

Maintain brand standards and creative guidelines

Creative Direction

Lead creative development for campaigns, restaurant openings, product launches, merchandise, packaging, and promotional materials

Write creative briefs and provide direction to designers, agencies, photographers, and videographers

Review creative assets to ensure they reflect the brand

Brand Campaign Management & Execution

Partner with the Director of Marketing to bring campaigns to life from concept through execution

Develop campaign messaging and customer-facing copy

Build and maintain the creative production calendar across both brands

Manage the creative queue to ensure projects stay on schedule

Maintain campaign assets and support the annual marketing calendar

Restaurant Brand Experience & Operations

Own the creative development and execution of brand assets for new restaurant openings

Ensure every restaurant consistently reflects the Nan Xiang brand across signage, menus, promotional materials, merchandising, environmental graphics, and guest-facing collateral

Own the ongoing development and management of store marketing assets, ensuring restaurants have the signage, menus, promotional materials, merchandising, and branded collateral needed to support daily operations and new initiatives

Partner closely with Operations to support ongoing restaurant marketing requests while maintaining brand consistency

Continuously evaluate in-store branding opportunities that improve the guest experience and strengthen the brand

Partner closely with the Director of Digital Marketing to ensure brand and digital efforts work together

Manage creative agencies and design partners

Provide creative direction and mentorship to the Content Marketing Specialist

What This Role Is Not

Not a remote role — this role requires regular presence at headquarters, restaurant locations, store openings, events, influencer activations, and content shoots.

Not a purely strategic role — you’ll be expected to roll up your sleeves and bring ideas to life

Not a digital marketing role — paid media, SEO, analytics, website performance, and customer acquisition are owned by the Director of Digital Marketing.

Not a project coordinator role — you’ll own the creative vision behind campaigns and brand experiences

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or campaign management within food & beverage, hospitality, lifestyle

Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills

Experience leading creative projects from concept through execution

Strong eye for design and attention to detail

Experience building scalable marketing processes and creative workflows

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience supporting multi-unit brands, retail, hospitality or restaurant operations is strongly preferred

Bilingual (English/Mandarin) is a plus, but not required

Why This Role
This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of one of America’s fastest-growing restaurant brands.

You’ll have the opportunity to influence everything from restaurant openings and menu launches to merchandise, packaging, social campaigns, and in-store experiences—all while working on a lean, ambitious team where your ideas will have a direct impact on the business.
