This position is critical to the ministry of Sky Ranch and contributes directly to our mission of leading youth and families to know and follow Christ. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager owns the end-to-end digital guest journey creating personalized, data-driving communication strategies that engage guests through every stage of their relationship with the organization. This role executes lifecycle marketing through website experience, email, SMS, CRM segmentation, marketing automation, and transactional messaging to deliver an exceptional guest experience while increasing conversation, retention, and loyalty.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Owns the entire guest journey – from lead nurture to website experience, registrations, pre-arrival, onsite communication, post-event, referrals, and retention.
Website content strategy and conversion optimization
Email strategy execution
Transactional email optimization
Marketing automation workflows
Audience segmentation
Guest journey mapping and lifecycle campaigns
A/B testing
Deliverability
Reporting and analytics
Cross-functional coordination with Guest Services and Marketing
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform cost analysis and periodic management and operational reports.
Maintain compliance with Sky Ranch’s employee policies and procedures.
Maintain compliance with all state and federal laws and regulatory requirements.
Perform other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE
3–5+ years of experience managing lifecycle marketing, email marketing, CRM, or marketing automation.
Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms (Klaviyo preferred).
KNOWLEDGE
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and audience segmentation.
Experience with SMS marketing platforms.
Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR where applicable).
Familiarity with HTML email templates and email design best practices.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Experience within hospitality, travel, tourism, camps, resorts, or guest experience industries.
Experience building automated workflows and transactional communication systems.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data.
Exceptional written communication and attention to detail.

Office equipment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Limited physical effort required. Ability to use up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently to move objects.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Works indoors in normal office environment most of the time.
No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
Ability to travel to various geographic locations, including travel by car, and some overnight stays including weekends.
