Marketing Coordinator

Pelsue · Aurora, CO, USA ·

Job type:
Full Time

Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator supports marketing and branding across all three Pelsue divisions in support of the inside and outside sales teams. The role executes marketing and advertising collateral with an emphasis on design, market awareness, and customer service, and grows into channel and division ownership as product knowledge deepens.

Who we are

Pelsue has been building solutions for people who work in difficult and harsh environments since 1963. From our facility in Aurora, Colorado, we manufacture three distinct product lines, and marketing supports all three:

Industrial Safety.

Confined space entry equipment, ventilation blowers, work tents, and fall protection, sold through a national distributor network.

Communications and COMMLINK Case Solutions.

Satellite and connectivity systems and ruggedized case solutions, sold direct to public safety, government, and enterprise customers.

Specialty Vehicles and Trailers.

Fiber splicing trailers, vans, mobile command platforms, and mobile medical clinics, sold direct and through government bids.

Three divisions, three different buyers, three different sales motions. That variety is the best part of this job and the reason it is a real place to learn.

What you will do

Brand and collateral

Design and produce sell sheets, spec sheets, brochures, banners, postcards, and presentations across all three divisions.

Keep the Pelsue brand consistent everywhere it shows up, from a distributor sell sheet to a trade show booth to a proposal cover.

Track marketing and promotional inventory, place orders, and verify receipt.

Write copy that leads with the customer outcome rather than the spec sheet.

HubSpot

HubSpot is the center of gravity for this role. You will work in it every day, and you will grow into owning more of it over time.

Contact and company database management, segmentation, and list building.

Build and send campaign, prospect, and stakeholder emails, including copy, images, and graphics. Report on what happened afterward.

Build and maintain workflows, forms, and landing pages.

Update and maintain pages on our HubSpot CMS website.

Support pipeline hygiene and lead routing across three divisions, including distributor referral tracking for Industrial Safety.

Work alongside our external HubSpot implementation partner on larger builds.

Trade shows and events

Coordinate booth logistics, materials, and pre-show and post-show campaigns with each division sales lead.

Develop show-specific materials including booth graphics, sell sheets, and handouts.

Occasionally work the booth. This is where you will learn more about our customers in three days than in three months at a desk.

Digital and social

Manage editorial calendars and publishing for three LinkedIn company pages, each with a different audience.

Support website content, SEO, blog, and digital asset management.

Maintain tracking and analytics integrations, and report on what is working.

Sales enablement and bid support

Build the tools the sales team actually uses: comparison sheets, configurators, onboarding materials, and product one-pagers.

Support government and municipal bid responses with compliance-accurate collateral, case studies, and formatted documentation.

Help build reporting and key metrics with leadership and sales so we can manage the channel with data instead of instinct.

Market awareness

Competitor analysis, market research, and customer retention monitoring.

Bring back what you hear from customers and distributors. You will often be the person who noticed first.

What you bring

Required

Strong written and verbal communication. You can write a clear sentence about a complicated product.

Design capability in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or comparable tools.

Ability to manage several projects at once, independently, and hit deadlines.

Comfort in a small team where everyone pitches in outside their job description.

Willingness to ask technical questions until you actually understand the answer.

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Strongly preferred

Hands-on HubSpot experience.

Candidates with practical, hands-on HubSpot experience will receive priority consideration. Marketing Hub, CMS Hub, or Sales Hub certifications are a significant plus. If you have deep experience in a comparable platform such as Marketo, Pardot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud and are eager to move to HubSpot, we want to hear from you.

Experience marketing technical, industrial, or manufactured products.

Familiarity with distributor or channel sales models.

Exposure to government, municipal, or public safety buyers.

Photography, video, or basic motion graphics.
