* May require occasional weekends and hours beyond the normal schedule depending on programmatic needs and/or assignments
Position Overview
Under the direction of the Regional and/or Regional Deputy Director, the Regional Support Supervisor ensures quality and operational excellence for the programs within their assigned region(s). The role collaborates closely with program leadership and support departments to provide oversight of administrative and financial systems, trainings, quality of services, and staff engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the liaison with all support departments
Assist in supervision and quality assurance of the region's programs
Project management and systems workflow improvement
Act as a Super User for technological systems
Train new and existing Supervisors on systems
Organize administrative training responsibilities and coordinate regional trainers
Support and report to the Regional Director
Provide program assessments to the Regional Director and Deputy Director
Ensure consistency of program operations within YAI's policies and procedures
Participate in agency projects and committees
Attend and present at regional Supervisor and Coordinator meetings
Communicate priorities for the programs to staff
Assist recruitment and engagement efforts in collaboration with HR (group interviews, hiring events, etc.)
Identify opportunities for improving operations and propose solution-based approaches
Education and Experience
BA/BS required
Prior supervisory and training experience within the field of I/DD preferred
Preferred experience in project management; proven ability to manage projects to completion
Background in supporting people with I/DD or mental health needs
Tuberculosis test mandatory for most positions

Compensation
$66,300 annualized
