Athlete Partnerships & Events Manager

Foundry Sports in Neptune, NJ, is seeking an Athlete Relations & Partnerships Manager. You will source talent, negotiate appearance agreements, and manage ongoing relationships with athletes and their reps to ensure memorable experiences.
This role blends business development, relationship management, and logistics. You'll build a pipeline across NBA, NFL, MLB, MLS, NHL and more, engage agents, and coordinate travel, scheduling, and day-of needs while maintaining a CRM.
