I.P. Graphic Designer
The Intellectual Property Graphic Designer is responsible for creating original visual assets that become part of the company’s proprietary brand identity. This role develops graphics, illustrations, layouts, and branded creative materials for marketing, merchandise, packaging, digital media, and other business uses. Work produced in this position is considered company intellectual property.

Key Responsibilities

Design original graphics, illustrations, logos, layouts, and branded creative assets

Create visual materials for social media, advertising, packaging, merchandise, menus, signage, and digital platforms

Work closely with Marketing Managers, Social Media Managers, and the Marketing Media Crew to support campaigns and promotions

Ensure all designs align with brand standards, style guidelines, and company messaging

Prepare files in formats suitable for print, web, and digital distribution

Maintain organized design files, editable source files, and asset libraries

Revise and update designs based on feedback while preserving consistency across all brand materials

Intellectual Property Notice
All graphics, designs, layouts, concepts, artwork, source files, and creative materials developed in this role during the course of employment are considered work made for hire and remain the exclusive property of the company unless otherwise stated in writing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools

Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, and visual branding

Ability to create original designs rather than relying on templates

Attention to detail and file organization skills

Ability to collaborate with marketing and media teams and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience creating branded assets for business or marketing use

Knowledge of print production requirements and digital design formats

Familiarity with packaging design, apparel graphics, or promotional materials

Work Environment
Creative, deadline‑driven role. May involve both independent design work and collaboration with multiple departments. Flexible depending on campaign schedules and project needs.

Goal of the Role
To develop original creative assets that strengthen the company’s brand identity while building a consistent library of proprietary visual materials owned by the business.
