The Lindgren Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for Avtec Finishing's New Hope, MN site on 2nd shift (3:00 PM–1:00 AM) with overtime as needed. This hands-on leadership role focuses on safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery on the production floor.
You will coach a team, remove obstacles, and drive continuous improvement across medical, aerospace, defense, and industrial manufacturing projects. A signing bonus of $1,500 is offered for new hires.
