Federal E-Learning & Motion Graphics Designer

STI-TEC is seeking a Multimedia/E‑Learning Specialist to join our team delivering government training content. You will design and develop e‑learning courses, create graphics and motion sequences, and ensure accessibility and SCORM compliance for AFRL and USAFSAM.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to translate technical content into engaging learning materials using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, After Effects, and the Creative Suite.
