Deckers Brands in Portland, OR is hiring a Lead Color Designer for HOKA Lifestyle Footwear. You will accelerate our color strategy, deliver new color iterations, and ensure brand storytelling across product lines.
A degree in industrial/product design with 6–8 years in footwear color design is expected. Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and collaboration with cross-functional teams is required. Hybrid work schedule and salary range are provided.
