Position Summary
Program Coordinator I (Marketing, Game Presentation & Fan Experience) – Athletics - Marketing, Rutgers Division of Intercollegiate Athletics.

Overview
The Rutgers Division of Intercollegiate Athletics sponsors 24 intercollegiate sports, comprised of 14 women's and 10 men's programs, that compete at the Division I level. The Scarlet Knights are members of the prestigious Big Ten Conference, the nation's premier academic and athletic conference, after officially joining the league on July 1, 2014. Known as "The Birthplace of College Football, Rutgers hosted Princeton on Nov. 6, 1869 in the first intercollegiate football game, with RU earning a 6-4 victory.

Key Responsibilities

Oversees, coordinates, and manages all marketing, fan experience, digital and traditional advertising, and promotional efforts for Rutgers Athletics for assigned sports.

Leads projects for Rutgers Football gamedays including initiatives inside the stadium and along the Rutgers Boardwalk.

Oversees the planning and execution of the email marketing calendar, supports Rutgers Athletics' social media efforts, and manages Sir Henry's Kid's Club.

Position Status and Work Arrangement
Full Time.
Standard Hours: 37.50 hours per week.
Work Arrangement: Requires a fully on-site work arrangement.

Salary
Minimum: $59,893.48
Mid: $73,909.48
Maximum: $87,925.48

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Two (2) years of experience in marketing, ticketing or database management in intercollegiate athletics.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

High level of written and oral communication skills.

Strong organizational skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

Ability to make decisions independently.

Computer literacy.

Experience deploying email campaigns and a firm understanding of the system utilized.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Sport Management.

Knowledge of Paciolan Ticketing System, Email & Marketing Automations.

Equipment Utilized

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, with basic knowledge of Photoshop and/or other graphics a plus.

Experience with Paciolan Ticketing System, utilizing an email marketing/marketing automation platform, use or management of a CRM.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Lifting of boxes at times.

Special Conditions

Evening and weekend hours are required.

Immunization Requirements
