Overview
Kentro, a division of IT Concepts, is a technology partner dedicated to advancing our customers' missions and fostering professional growth. We are hiring a cleared Writer/Editor to support the National Geospatial‑Intelligence Agency.

Location:

Arnold, MO

Responsibilities

Collaborate with developers and managers to clarify technical issues.

Collect, organize, and update National Systems for GEOINT (NSG) user needs stored in JIRA.

Write, edit, and present information in multiple formats using Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.

Update the Globe (Dissemination Portal) customer page in SharePoint as needed.

Act as the user’s advocate in the product development process, requiring a solid understanding of target users and strong interpersonal skills.

Maintain records and files of work and revisions in shared file locations.

Support other ad hoc technical writing or staff writing activities assigned by the Program Management Office (PMO).

Utilize critical thinking, data gathering, and analytic skills.

Qualifications

8‑12 years of relevant experience.

Demonstrated experience providing strategic communications support, speechwriting, or technical writing.

Advanced skill in oral and interpersonal communication, and writing at collegiate and professional levels, especially news and feature writing.

Demonstrated written and oral communication skills with drafting documents and briefings.

Experience with Associated Press (AP) Style guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint.

Experience with HTML and CSS.

Experience working with Redmine and JIRA applications.

Clearance Requirement

Active TS/SCI with willingness to take CI Poly.

Must be a U.S. citizen.
