Program Manager - Community Services & Impact

Volunteers of America Los Angeles seeks a Program Manager I to supervise program goals, plans, and budget-driven operations. You’ll oversee resources, coordinate partners, and conduct outreach to serve participants and leverage VOALA assets.
The role involves on‑site oversight, staff supervision, and ensuring services align with funder requirements. Bachelor’s in Social Work (or related field) preferred; Master’s degree and HMIS knowledge are a plus.
