Job Overview
This role is responsible for leading change management and communications within the Project Delivery organization, ensuring alignment with the organizational change management framework used in CLIENT E&PS. The candidate will capture change impacts and develop mitigation plans and leader action plans to achieve successful organizational change and engagement. They will also develop and execute the in‑function communication plan.

Responsibilities
Lead change management and communications within IAD (Insights, Analytics and Digital) in alignment with CLIENT E&PS framework; prepare global, regional, and functional change management strategy and execute the plan.
Track the success of change management and communications using existing performance measures and identify new measures as needed.
Capture, develop, and validate all change impacts on employees and the business.
Develop mitigation plans addressing leader and stakeholder engagement, communications, and training recommendations.
Develop and execute regional change management and communications strategy and plans, including leadership action plans, stakeholder/end‑user engagement plans, communications plans, and change impact and mitigation plans.
Maintain global and regional stakeholder and business leadership lists of CLIENT end users.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to execute change and communications aligned with the overall readiness and go‑live plan, including writing targeted communications, developing program status updates, creating toolkits, making management presentations, designing change readiness surveys, conducting change network meetings, developing FAQs, creating marketing materials and website content, utilizing digital signage, and providing end‑user training support.
Adhere to CLIENT and E&PS communications and branding guidelines.
Lead, coordinate, and support regional engagement activities such as town halls, industry celebrations, and other regional events.
Support quarterly global E&PS Town Halls on behalf of IAD when needed, interfacing with E&PS Strategy team and regional teams to develop content and present slides.
Create monthly/quarterly newsletters, writing compelling articles and producing other content, including videos.
Experience
Change management and communications experience.
Strong management and technical skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strategic thinking with tactical execution.
Ability to adapt emerging best practices and industry innovations.
Skills
Proficient with MS Office suite and SharePoint on Microsoft 365.
Excel in PowerPoint, program management, and organization.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
