Own roadmap, vendor integration, and implementation for components of Portfolio of the Future, a strategic shift to evolve Vanguard's Advice platform through a vendor-enabled solution. This new platform will enable flexible, personalized, and integrated portfolio construction and financial planning solutions with comprehensive supervision and compliance monitoring.
Responsibilities
Lead digital product management activities for multiple digital products or one strategic product.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience.
Coach product teams towards best practices and learnings.
Ensure delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
Partner with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues in a timely manner and support/drive escalations where required to enable rapid delivery.
Lead the planning, development, and implementation of new digital products.
Define and analyze markets, develop detailed product features and requirements, and develop implementation plans.
Employ a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.
Participate in and provide recommendations for ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
Graduate degree preferred.
Minimum five years of related work experience.
Two years of leading large cross‑functional teams on major organizational projects preferred.
