The ISB Presentation & Graphic Designer Sr. Analyst leads high‑impact visual storytelling across executive presentations, customer events, and ISB initiatives. This role combines hands‑on design execution with strategic creative leadership, partnering with Customer Community, Strategic Marketing, and executives to translate business priorities into clear, executive‑ready visual narratives. It is a fast‑paced, highly visible role requiring strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high‑quality outputs under tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities

Translate complex business and technology content into clear, visually compelling narratives.
Create supporting assets including infographics, diagrams, signage, and digital graphics.
Optimize presentations for live delivery across in‑person, hybrid, and virtual environments.
Maintain a high bar for visual quality, including layout, hierarchy, pacing, and polish.
Creative Direction, Storytelling and Experiential Design
Lead creative direction for executive forums, customer engagements, and strategic presentations from concept through delivery.
Design cohesive end‑to‑end experiences across sessions, environments, and touchpoints, not just individual assets.
Provide guidance on storytelling, presentation structure, and messaging hierarchy.
Partner with executive leadership and marketing to shape aligned narratives.

Review, Feedback and Quality Control
Lead structured review and feedback cycles across executives and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining creative integrity and deadlines.
Coordinate approvals to ensure alignment prior to final delivery.
Ensure all deliverables are accurate, polished, and presentation‑ready.
Brand Standards and Design Systems
Own ISB presentation standards, templates, and visual frameworks.
Ensure consistent application of DXC brand standards across all deliverables.
Build scalable templates, components, and reusable assets to improve efficiency.
Enforce quality standards across executive and customer‑facing materials.
Leadership and Stakeholder Alignment
Act as the central creative partner across Customer Community, Strategic Marketing, and Outbound Product Management.
Balance executive expectations, business priorities, and delivery timelines.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders through consistent delivery and clear recommendations.
Qualifications and Experience
5+ years of experience in presentation and graphic design, ideally supporting executive‑level or customer‑facing work.

Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with senior stakeholders.
Skills and Attributes
Strong visual storytelling and layout expertise.
Ability to translate strategic and marketing direction into clear, effective design.
