Job Overview
We’re a family‑owned company with a 90+ year legacy, recognized as a “Best Places to Work.” We produce a range of ready‑to‑drink, wine, and spirits products in South Carolina. This position is part of our annual manufacturing team supporting daily production in a fast‑paced, safety‑focused environment.

Responsibilities
Support daily production by running packaging equipment, loading materials, completing machine setup and changeovers, performing inspections, supporting sanitation, and assisting with preventative maintenance. Operate assigned production line equipment safely and efficiently to meet production, quality, and cost goals. Complete routine production reporting, in‑process and final quality checks, maintain a clean and food‑safe work area, and communicate clearly with teammates, leaders, and partner departments. Learn and use HMI control technology, support continuous improvement efforts, and contribute to operational documents such as standard work, checklists, and job aids. May also support broader operations including tank sanitation, sampling, blending, truck station work, and equipment cleaning after training.

What You’ll Need

High school diploma or state‑issued equivalency certificate. One year of beverage production or manufacturing experience.

Pass skills demonstration tests; earn at least 3 skills within 24 months of hire. Maintain skills certification through regular use.

Physical capability to perform all job tasks. Lift, roll, and carry up to 60 pounds.

Willingness to work overtime and assigned shift.

Wear respirator when necessary.

Strong reading, comprehension, interpretation, and execution of simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Work at heights and in confined spaces.

Comply with company GMP policies.

Write simple correspondence.

Perform basic arithmetic with whole numbers.

Basic data entry into production/quality systems.

Travel to company offices, sites, and/or meetings for onboarding, training, or business delivery up to 5 % of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Be 18 years or older.

How You’ll Stand Out

Two years of beverage production or manufacturing experience.

Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work with constantly changing priorities.

Forklift operation experience.

Experience with warehouse or production management systems.

Computer proficiency.

High‑performance team environment experience.

Solid written and verbal instruction following.

Basic mathematical skills.

Training other team members in your function.
