The Keyes Company is seeking a Junior Designer to join our team. In this early-career role, you will begin to develop creative concepts and visual solutions under the supervision of senior designers. Your responsibilities will include creating layouts, designing graphics, and supporting more senior designers on various projects.You'llbuild your craft alongside senior designers while learning to use AI tools to work faster and explore more ideas.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Development: Assistin developing creative concepts and visual solutions for a variety of projects.

Graphic Design: Create visual content for e-mail blasts, social media, design brochure layouts, charts, infographics, certificates, logos,signageand other marketing materials.

Project Support: Provide support to senior designers on larger projects, contributing to the design process and execution.

Collaboration: Work closely with the design team and other departments to ensure project goals are met.

Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency with our brand identity across all projects.

Revisions and Updates: Make necessary revisions to existing designs based on feedback and project requirements.

Asset Management: Organize andmaintaindesignassets and project files.

Quality Control: Perform quality checks on final designs to ensure they meet company standards.

AI-Assisted Production: Use generative AI tools under a senior designer's guidance to speed up layouts, generate concept options, and prep assets, always checking that final work is on-brand and rights-compliant.

Requirements
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Arts, ora relatedfield preferred.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in graphic design ora relatedfield.

Experience withreal estate or B2B marketing is a plus.

Technical Skills

Proficiencywith Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Basic knowledge of printing technologies and preparing print-ready files.

Comfort with, or eagerness to learn, generative AI design and copy tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar).

Soft Skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Good communicationskills and a collaborative attitude.

Curiosity about new creative tools and a willingness to experiment, learn quickly, and share findings with the team.

Bonus Skills and Experience

Basic experience with video editing.

Familiarity with web-based applications (WordPress, Squarespace) preferred.

Basic understanding of Adobe After Effects and animation is a plus.Hands-on experience with AI design or image-generation tools.
