Ramp is redefining how businesses manage their finances, and our growth marketing team is how millions of people first hear that story. Paid ads are one of our highest-leverage channels, and creative is at the core of what makes them work.

The Growth Marketing team builds the creative that drives Ramp’s acquisition engine across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and beyond.

We’re looking for a blazingly fast designer who thrives in a high-velocity testing environment, cares deeply about craft, and wants to shape how Ramp shows up across paid social, video, display, and landing pages. You’ll help us turn ideas into ads that move metrics—while pushing the creative bar on what a finance brand can look and feel like.

This is a 4–6 month contract position with the potential for extension based on business needs and performance.

What You’ll Do

Design and animate paid creative end-to-end across static and motion formats

Create ads for Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging channels

Develop scalable design and motion systems that help the team move faster while maintaining a high creative bar

Concept hooks, headlines, visual treatments, and creative variants that earn attention and drive performance

Partner closely with performance marketers, copywriters, and product marketers to bring ideas to life

Iterate quickly based on performance data and contribute to testing strategy

Build templates, automations, AI workflows, and creative systems that increase team velocity

Explore new tools, techniques, and AI-native workflows to expand what’s possible inside our production pipeline

Help evolve how Ramp’s brand shows up across growth marketing

What You Need

5+ years of experience in visual design, motion design, or creative production

Strong portfolio demonstrating both static and motion work

Experience creating performance-driven creative for paid acquisition channels

Strong taste and a clear point of view on what makes great advertising

Comfort working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment where speed and iteration matter

Ability to use performance data and business outcomes as creative feedbackExpertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (particularly After Effects)

Nice-to-Haves

Experience building automations, templates, component systems, scripts, or internal creative tooling

Fluency with AI tools such as Runway, Veo, Kling, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Claude Code, or similar

Experience creating short-form video for Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and paid social

Experience in finance, fintech, SaaS, or other high-growth technology companies

Familiarity with performance marketing and growth experimentation frameworks
