Target Analyst Reporter

GS Consulting is hiring Target Analyst Reporters (Levels 1-4) to support Intelligence Community missions in the Fort Meade / Annapolis Junction, MD area. As a TAR, you serve as the bridge between data collection and tactical execution, drafting high-stakes SIGINT reports that brief senior leaders and support active DoD missions worldwide.

What You Will Do

Analyze diverse intelligence data and draft concise, accurate, actionable SIGINT reports in accordance with IC standards and release guidelines

Maintain situational awareness of designated global targets, recognizing critical anomalies and shifting threat patterns

Use advanced target analysis tools and IC databases to extract relevant intelligence and verify findings

Collaborate with technical analysts, linguists, and collection managers to capture the full intelligence picture

Mentor junior analysts and provide quality assurance reviews on outbound reporting (senior levels)

Required Qualifications

Experience in SIGINT reporting and analysis, and target research, discovery, and development

Experience with Intelligence Community databases and analysis tools

Exceptional written communication and editorial skills

Ability to work on-site in the Fort Meade, MD / Annapolis Junction area

LCAT Qualification Paths

Level 1: HS/GED + 6 years, Associate + 4, or Bachelor + 2

A degree in a liberal arts field such as English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, or Political Science is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.

Compensation
$90,000 to $210,000 per year depending on LCAT level, years of relevant experience, clearance status, customer requirements, and contract fit.
