What We're Looking For

6-8+ years managing social media for an apparel, footwear, lifestyle, consumer products, or retail brand.
A true multidisciplinary operator who can strategize, create, produce, analyze, and project-manage. Single-lane specialists will not be a fit. We need someone who can do all of it, not hand most of it off.
Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
Knowledge of how organic and creator content feeds paid social, working alongside the paid media owner.
Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
Strong eye for photography, styling, composition, and short-form video.

Understanding of apparel merchandising, product launches, seasonal storytelling, and fashion trends.
Experience collaborating with photographers, videographers, designers, and creative agencies.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly.
Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using platform analytics and social reporting tools.
