General Purpose
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to support our network of 100+ skilled nursing facilities. This position plays a vital role in helping each facility strengthen its online presence through social media, listings, and reputation management.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple brands with unique strategies. You will partner closely with the Social Media Manager to ensure consistent, high-quality content, optimized listings, and growth across all social platforms.

Essential Duties

Manage and support the social media presence for 100+ skilled nursing facility brands across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Yelp.

Consult, create, and optimize engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and TikTok.

Maintain and optimize facility listings across platforms (Google Business Profiles, Yelp, Apple, Linkedin, Indeed, etc.).

Assist with review management by supporting as facilities respond to reviews and escalating complex situations.

Develop and execute strategies to increase engagement, followers, and reputation scores.

Support the Social Media Manager in developing scalable systems, templates, and best practices.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, web, and reputation management teams to align strategies.

Track performance metrics, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.

Perform regular audits and check-ins with facilities.

Provide consulting and guidance to facilities on social media best practices and brand consistency.

Stay current with platform trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field OR 2+ years of professional experience in social media or digital marketing.

Proven experience managing business pages across Facebook, Instagram, and Google.

Strong understanding of social media strategy, content creation, and analytics.

Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Canva or other design tools for content creation.

Experience with App.Birdeye.com or similar reputation/listing management platforms.

Familiarity with Yelp, Facebook for Business and Google Business Profile optimization.

Understanding of healthcare or multi-location brand marketing.

Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of computer and desk-based work (up to 6-8 hours per day)

Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, navigating software platforms, and operating digital tools

Occasional standing, walking, or moving within the office or facility settings

Lifting or carrying light materials such as laptops, documents, or presentation materials (typically up to 10 pounds)

Occasional travel to facilities, meetings, or events, which may require driving or other transportation

Visual acuity sufficient to review digital content, analytics dashboards, and design elements on screens

$70,000- $90,000
