Position Summary
The Junior Graphic Designer supports the Marketing Department by producing high‑quality print and digital marketing materials that strengthen brand awareness, support business initiatives, and maintain a consistent visual identity across The Signorelli Company, Signorelli Development Company, and Signorelli Commercial Company.

Essential Job Responsibilities
Creative Production
Produce print and digital marketing materials supporting The Signorelli Company, Signorelli Development Company, and Signorelli Commercial Company.
Resize, update and adapt existing artwork across formats and channels.
Prepare accurate, production‑ready files for print and digital use.
Create graphics for social media, email marketing, presentations, websites and other marketing initiatives.
Brand Support
Follow established brand standards, creative processes and production guidelines.
Maintain organized design files, templates and shared assets.
Ensure visual consistency across marketing materials and customer touchpoints.
Team Collaboration
Support the Senior Graphic Designer and Graphic Designer on campaigns, launches and day‑to‑day creative needs.
Participate in brainstorming and concept development sessions.
Incorporate revisions and feedback accurately and efficiently.
Assist with photo editing and basic video editing as needed.
Projects May Include
Basic map creation and site plan reconstruction
Outdoor signage and wayfinding
Billboards and promotional flyers
Tradeshow displays and miscellaneous marketing collateral
Social media graphics, digital ads and website visuals
Email marketing and presentation design
Environmental graphics
Video composition and editing

Competencies
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
Experience
1–3 years of professional graphic design experience, internships or equivalent experience.
Developing portfolio that demonstrates strong fundamentals in layout, typography, color and production‑ready execution.
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Microsoft Office
Experience preparing files for commercial printing
Basic knowledge of digital advertising specifications
Familiarity with Canva, Figma, HubSpot or similar software is a plus
Video editing, motion graphics, or photography experience is a plus
Talents
Design Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, primarily Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
Ability to effectively convey message and feeling through design fundamentals including hierarchy, layout, grid structure, typography, color theory and imagery
Ability to work within established brand guidelines
Technical Skills
Familiarity with production requirements for both print and digital platforms including bleed, crop marks, image resolution and color space
Experience preparing files for production
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint preferred
Basic video editing/compositing preferred
Motion graphics preferred
Basic understanding of digital graphics for web preferred
Professional Skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Deadline‑driven with the ability to work under pressure
Ability to work efficiently, both collaboratively and independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
