Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation (90%)

Create thumb-stopping content that resonates with diverse audiences across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, including but not limited to shooting original videos and taking photos.

Design static graphics, produce short-form videos, and capture photos using brand guidelines and current trends.

Write copy for post captions & supplement proactive engagement responsibilities of the Community Management team.

Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to align content with brand strategy and campaign goals.

Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and emerging formats to inform content strategy, including Generative AI and AI-assisted content production.

Expected to be willing to appear on camera within produced content focused on perimenopause/menopause and light bladder leaks.

Creative Optimization (10%)

Partner with appropriate members of social media team to implement performance insights & opportunities for content optimization.

Co‑develop concept briefs with Social Creative Strategist targeting relevant audience cohorts & communities.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in social media content creation.

Experience in community management is a plus.

Strong graphic design, videography, photography, and video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.).

Please be prepared to provide a portfolio showcasing your best design work or standout social content that demonstrates your creative impact.

Willingness to appear as on‑camera talent in content around perimenopause/menopause, light bladder leaks, and body changes through life stages relevant to the consumer.

Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Experience with social media management tools (Sprinklr preferred).

Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field preferred.
