Specialised Part-Time Consulting Opportunity
We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for brand, creative direction, and marketing collateral professionals experienced in reviewing brand materials, creative briefs, campaign assets, messaging documents, marketing decks, collateral layouts, spreadsheets, slide decks, and presentation-ready marketing artifacts for accuracy, rigor, clarity, and domain quality.
This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on brand artifact review, creative direction evaluation, marketing collateral assessment, rubric-based review, document and spreadsheet assessment, slide deck quality review, structured feedback, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will evaluate AI-generated work products and apply subject-matter expertise to identify factual, strategic, aesthetic, copy, design, and presentation issues.

Brand & Creative Artifact Review
Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks involving brand strategy, creative direction, campaign concepts, marketing collateral, messaging, positioning, and visual identity
Review brand and marketing materials for accuracy, completeness, rigor, clarity, and practical relevance
Assess whether materials are audience-appropriate, brand-consistent, visually polished, and aligned with the stated marketing context
Identify unclear positioning, weak messaging, inconsistent tone, poor visual hierarchy, incomplete guidance, or poor linkage between creative direction and business goals
Marketing Collateral & Creative Quality Evaluation
Review materials involving campaign briefs, brand guidelines, sales collateral, landing page copy, email materials, social content, one-pagers, brochures, and presentation decks
Assess whether creative recommendations are clear, actionable, and suitable for customer-facing or stakeholder-facing use
Evaluate visual layouts, copy structure, messaging frameworks, collateral summaries, and executive-facing recommendations for quality and usability
Provide clear written feedback that improves brand and marketing artifact quality
Spreadsheet, Document & Presentation Quality Review
Review spreadsheets for structure, logic, calculations, formatting, usability, and consistency
Assess slide decks for organization, visual clarity, executive readability, and presentation quality
Identify factual, aesthetic, formatting, and presentation errors across Microsoft Office and Google Workspace files
Apply consistent review standards across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
Ideal Profile
Strong candidates may have:
5+ years of relevant professional experience in brand strategy, creative direction, marketing collateral, campaign development, product marketing, content marketing, art direction, copywriting, design review, or related work
Native or professional fluency in English
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Strong experience with Google Slides, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and Google Docs
Ability to evaluate documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with strong attention to detail
Excellent written communication skills and ability to provide structured feedback
Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment
Educational Background
Academic backgrounds in marketing, communications, design, advertising, business, fine arts, media studies, brand strategy, or related fields may be relevant
Advanced degree from a reputable institution may be valuable
Professional training in brand strategy, creative direction, visual communication, campaign development, design, copywriting, or marketing communications may also be relevant depending on project scope
Nice to Have
Master's degree, MBA, MFA, design credential, brand strategy certification, or comparable marketing/creative-related qualification
Experience creating or reviewing brand guidelines, campaign briefs, creative concepts, marketing collateral, sales decks, one-pagers, launch materials, landing page copy, email campaigns, or executive marketing presentations
Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Miro, Notion, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or comparable creative and marketing tools
Experience reviewing presentation decks for clarity, polish, brand consistency, and marketing communication quality
Strong ability to evaluate both brand/creative substance and visual/presentation quality
