Prosperity Home Mortgage is looking for a Content Creator | Storyteller | On-Air Host who knows how to capture authentic moments, create engaging social content, and tell stories that connect.

This isn't a "sit behind a desk and schedule posts" job.

This is your opportunity to become the creative voice behind one of the nation's leading mortgage companies—producing content that highlights our incredible people, inspiring customers, dynamic leadership, and the communities we serve.

You’ll create content that:

Build a recognizable national brand.

Give our Mortgage Consultants content they can proudly share.

Attract top talent to our company.

Humanize our executives and showcase our culture.

You’ll be interviewing employees, filming behind-the-scenes moments, covering events, producing short-form videos, creating social-first content, and finding stories everywhere you go.

We’re looking for someone who isn’t waiting for inspiration—you create it.

What We’re Looking For

Comfortable and confident on camera

Natural storyteller with a big personality

Obsessed with social media and digital trends

Skilled at creating engaging video content from concept to publication

Able to connect with people from every walk of life

Willing to travel to our Fairfax, VA headquarters and company events when needed

Location: Remote/Hybrid (Northern Virginia / DMV candidates required)

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually
