Video Retrieval Tech

Job Title: Field Service Video Retrieval Technician
We are hiring for a new position with a technology company that helps keep students safe on school buses. This job helps make sure video footage can be found and shared quickly when needed by schools, bus companies, or police departments.
In this role, you will drive to school buses in your local area and help retrieve video files using company tools and equipment. This is a hands-on job for someone who is reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently.
What You Will Do

Drive to assigned bus locations within about 50 miles of your home
Retrieve requested video footage from buses
Upload video files using company systems
Keep simple records of what you retrieved and when
Talk with team members or others if there are questions about a request
Do basic troubleshooting if a video system is not working properly
Use company-provided tools and follow instructions carefully
Follow safety rules when working around buses
Handle video information carefully and keep it private
What We Are Looking For

At least 1 year of work experience in any technical, field service, or similar job is helpful
A valid driver's license
Your own reliable car
Ability to follow directions and pay attention to details
Comfortable using a laptop and basic tools
High school diploma or GED preferred
Able to lift up to 20 lbs
Able to work outside when needed
Work Environment

You must have your own car and be able to drive to different bus locations
You must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis
Pay and Benefits

Pay: $16.50-$18.00 per hour
