Director of Media Operations

Overseeing all aspects of media management, the full-time remote Director of Media Operations will manage asset ingestion, organization, and digital asset management strategy while ensuring creative teams have seamless access to necessary media resources.
Key responsibilities

Oversee media management operations, ensuring assets are properly ingested, organized, and accessible across platforms
Serve as a senior stakeholder on digital asset management strategy and implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams
Provide operational oversight and people management for the Audio team and Media Manager, aligning resources with organizational priorities

Required qualifications

BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent experience preferred
10+ years of experience in a related field preferred
Prior managerial experience preferred
Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and editorial workflows
Experience in vendor management and outsourcing production
