Mee Derby & Company is hiring a Janitorial Business Development Manager to lead new account growth in commercial janitorial and turnkey cleaning services across the Midwest and Western U.S. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of B2B sales experience, exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of the janitorial industry.
Compensation includes a base salary range of $76,500 - $107,100 plus commission, with a full benefits package starting on the first day of the month following the hire date.
