Role Description
The Vice President, Brand Partnership Sales will lead the strategy, development, and execution of brand partnership revenue initiatives, driving growth across key categories and verticals. This full-time, hybrid role is based in New York, NY, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and closing high-value brand partnerships, overseeing the sales pipeline, and managing senior-level relationships with advertisers and agencies. The role will guide sales teams in developing integrated solutions, crafting compelling proposals, and ensuring seamless handoff to account management and operations for campaign delivery. The Vice President will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to refine go-to-market strategies, optimize pricing, and report on performance, forecasts, and market insights to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Brand Partnership Sales and consultative Sales for advertising, media, or marketing solutions.

Background in Sales Management, with a track record of leading, coaching, and scaling high-performing sales teams.

Proficiency in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, CRM usage, and sales process optimization.

Strong Business Development skills, with the ability to open new categories, secure strategic deals, and build executive-level partnerships.

Proven success selling to national brands and agencies, ideally in out-of-home, experiential, or innovative media formats.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with comfort engaging C-suite decision-makers.

Data-driven mindset, capable of using performance metrics and market insights to refine strategy and drive revenue growth.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plus.

Compensation ranges from $140,000-$160,000 + Bonus & Commission with an expected Year 1 of OTE of $260,000-$300,000.
