Global Brand Advocate & Community Growth Lead

Simpro Software is seeking a Brand Advocacy Specialist to support and grow global advocacy across all Simpro brands. You will engage customer advocates, coordinate testimonials and referrals, and track program performance to elevate the customer experience.
In this role, you will build structured pathways for customers to become vocal brand champions, collaborate with account management, and help execute events and community initiatives.
