Lou Malnati's Pizzeria is seeking a CRM & Loyalty Marketing Manager to own the guest relationship from join to repeat orders. You will run the loyalty program and lead CRM and email marketing for Tastes of Chicago, our nationwide shipping business.
In this hybrid role, you will align CRM strategies across channels, map customer journeys, and drive automations and segmentation to grow loyalty, acquisition, and LTV.
