Remote Proposal Coordinator — Bids & Contracts

Meteor Education is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to own the bid process for educational furnishings and services, from kickoff to submission. You will gather information from internal teams and external partners to craft a cohesive response.
You will track bid events, analyze requirements, maintain contract calendars, and support insurance, bonds, and vendor registrations as needed. This is a remote role in the United States.
