Field Marketing Representative

to support in-person campaigns across Birmingham. This entry-level role combines brand awareness, customer engagement, sales, and campaign support.
You will represent client services at approved campaign locations, introduce prospective customers to available options, and create positive experiences from the first conversation through enrollment.
What your day could include
Represent client products and services at assigned campaign locations
Start friendly, professional conversations with prospective customers
Explain promotions, benefits, and available options in a clear way
Ask questions to understand customer interests and needs
Recommend suitable services and assist with enrollment
Answer common questions and connect customers with additional support when needed
Gather customer feedback and share useful insights with the team
Track conversations, enrollments, and daily campaign results
Prepare promotional materials and keep campaign supplies organized
Support outreach planning and occasional administrative projects

A willingness to learn through coaching and hands-on practice
Experience in promotions, hospitality, retail, customer service, or sales is helpful but not required
Full-time availability for in-person work in Birmingham, Alabama
