E‑Commerce Operations Strategist

The Little Clinic is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day management of the store's e‑Commerce department, drive sales, staffing, and associate development, while upholding our values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
You will plan schedules, supervise staff, ensure product flow, optimize orders and checkout processes, monitor performance against budgets, and partner with store leadership to deliver a seamless online shopping experience.
