Senior Video Producer

CTG is seeking a Senior Video Producer for a client in Morrisville, NC. This is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week for a duration of 12+ months, with possible extension. The role involves leading video and multimedia projects from initial concept through production, post-production, and final delivery. The candidate will partner with various teams to translate business objectives and complex subject matter into compelling visual stories. Key responsibilities include developing creative concepts, treatments, scripts, production plans, schedules, and budgets; producing content for executive communications, customer stories, product marketing, sales enablement, webinars, podcasts, virtual events, and digital channels; coordinating internal stakeholders, production crews, agencies, freelancers, vendors, and other external creative partners; and managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining timelines, budgets, brand standards, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
Skills required include strong expertise in video production, multimedia storytelling, and content development; experience managing the full production lifecycle; ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visual stories; proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and working knowledge of After Effects or comparable production tools; strong project management skills; excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills; and knowledge of motion graphics, animation, livestreaming, webinars, podcasts, or virtual event production preferred.
Experience needed includes 5+ years in video production, multimedia production, creative services, or a related field; proven experience leading video and multimedia projects; experience creating content for executive communications, customer stories, marketing campaigns, product marketing, sales enablement, or digital channels; experience working with cross-functional teams in a corporate, marketing, or creative environment; and demonstrated ability to manage production budgets, timelines, vendors, and external creative partners.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, Marketing, Design, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
