Customer Experience Design Architect Lead

Invitation Homes seeks a Lead, Design Architect – Customer Experience to own the design authority for our customer-facing digital experiences. You will shape how our websites, mobile apps, search, and portals evolve, delivering consistent, measured improvements across platforms.
You’ll collaborate with Product, Technology, and Operations to embed design thinking into CoE workflows, translate insights into testable concepts, and advocate for the customer at every step.
