Role Description

This full-time, on-site Social Media Coordinator role is based in Springfield, MO. The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across Centerstone’s social media channels to promote services, programs, and initiatives. This role manages daily posting schedules, monitors engagement, responds to comments and messages, and supports campaigns that increase awareness of behavioral health services and community resources. The coordinator collaborates with marketing, communications, and program teams to ensure messaging is accurate, inclusive, and aligned with organizational goals. Additional responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, recommending improvements based on data, and staying current with social media trends and platform best practices.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing to plan, develop, and manage effective campaigns.

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and empathetic messages tailored to diverse audiences.

Candidates should possess Digital Marketing skills to analyze performance data, optimize content, and integrate social media efforts with broader marketing strategies.

Experience with major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok) and basic analytics tools is beneficial.

Relevant education in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively on-site, manage multiple projects, and demonstrate cultural sensitivity and respect for individuals from varied backgrounds is important.
