We're an early-stage, founder-led business with a lean all-star team, which means anyone who joins gets real ownership and a front-row seat to how an ecom brand actually gets built and scaled.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Delray Beach for someone early in their career who wants to learn ecom from the ground up. Think of it as an apprenticeship for a future entrepreneur: you'll own a real growth channel, work directly with the founder, and get real work from day one. If you want to run your own thing one day, this is the fastest way to learn how.

What you’ll own:

Recruiting creators and affiliates every day — outreach, pitching, sample seeding, and closing them into our program

Managing the roster like a sales pipeline: tracking who actually sells, cutting who doesn't, and keeping winners paid and motivated

Launching and growing our TikTok Shop, from product listings to promotions to live campaigns

Briefing creators on what to shoot and getting the best UGC into our ads

Reporting your numbers weekly: sales, active sellers, earnings per click

Qualifications

Hungry and driven, fast learner

You've sold something — retail, door-to-door, a side hustle, cold DMs, anything where you had to pitch and hear no. Tell us about it

Active on TikTok and creator culture; making content yourself is a real plus

Resourceful, figures things out instead of waiting to be told

Strong writer and communicator

Comfortable with technology and AI tools, or eager to get there fastLow ego and high output, no task is beneath them

Local to Delray Beach, or able to be on-site full-time

Potential and drive matter more than résumé or degree. Recent grads and career changers are encouraged to apply
