Leading creative operations and production for the Assured brand, the full-time remote Principal Creative Producer will manage project roadmaps, oversee multiple design initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Key responsibilities
Own the roadmap by leading Brand Design program management, including project scoping and timelines
Manage a high volume of simultaneous projects across various platforms, including web and digital media
Partner with the Art Director to scale brand design systems and optimize team processes for efficiency
Required qualifications
6+ years of experience as a creative producer, project manager, or design ops manager in a top agency or in-house brand
Strong background in brand, front-end development, or marketing design with the ability to critique design work
Proven strategic acumen for developing complex program roadmaps in a fast-paced environment
Experience implementing AI tooling and automation in creative workflows
Ability to balance speed and craft, knowing when to ship work and when to refine it further
