We are representing a globally recognized FORTUNE 500 manufacturing organization whose flagship 1,300+ employee campus is actively seeking Off Shift Production Managers/Supervisors reporting to the Plant Operations Manager. This role will be responsible for leading Plant Production and Manufacturing while working to implement world class processes in an effort to improve plant KPI's and deliverables.
****Note: Openings on 2nd shift and 3rd shift (Monday-Friday), as well as weekend shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)***
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Candidate will report to Plant Operations Manager while managing a department of 30+ associates in a high speed manufacturing facility.
- Provide direction and leadership consistent with company and department business plan goal
- Establish Production KPI's, and deliverables.
- Direct and drive the utilization of problem solving methods for related plant and customer issues
- Direct department process improvements and corrective action
- Provide key input into the development of the department strategic business plan and identify and track key measurables to support the department business plan goals
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Candidate must have at least 3-5 years of Operations/Production leadership experience
- Candidate should be well versed in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, and/or Continuous Improvement with strong approach to problem solving
