This leader will play a critical role within the agency - guiding communications strategy for beauty brands, mentoring a high-performing team, and contributing to agency growth and new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Lead communications strategy across multiple beauty, CPG, wellness focused client accounts
- Develop and execute integrated PR campaigns within the beauty, wellness, and lifestyle space
- Drive media relations strategy and cultivate strong relationships with beauty editors and industry media
- Provide senior-level client counsel and manage complex client relationships
- Oversee team workflow, mentorship, and professional development
- Ensure excellence across client deliverables and day-to-day account management
- Support new business development and agency growth initiatives
Qualifications
- 9+ years of public relations experience, with a strong focus in the beauty industry
- Deep understanding of the beauty media landscape and trends
- Proven experience leading client strategy and managing complex accounts
- Strong leadership and team mentorship experience
- Ability to operate both strategically and operationally in a fast-paced agency environment
