About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Client Services to join their dynamic team. This senior leadership role is pivotal in overseeing client service delivery, supporting client retention, and contributing to the evolution of the service organization. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure strong client relationships, effective service delivery, and operational consistency.
