Job Description
Cricut’s Software Product Management team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and vision of how content is consumed on our platform. This role owns the end-to-end experience that helps new Design Space users quickly achieve their first successful projects and build confidence using the platform. It partners closely with Design, Engineering, Research, and Marketing to identify onboarding opportunities, prioritize customer‑centric solutions, and optimize activation, engagement, and long‑term user success through data‑driven experimentation.
Responsibilities:
As a Product Manager, you are responsible for the following:
Define, share and evangelize the product vision across the organization, build a prioritized roadmap, and make actionable progress towards that vision
Gather insights from numerous sources – metrics, member feedback, customer research, competitive analysis etc. and then translate their user needs into deliverable product requirements
Working with UX, QA, Content and Software Development teams to bring new products to market
Working with product marketing to execute marketing plans; analyzing performance post launch with QA and Analytics teams; and overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the software.
Use data to identify content gaps and collaborate with the content team to support content acquisition/production

Qualifications
Preferred 3–5 years of experience in the software product management role, a plus if you have zero‑to‑one experience
Approach product management as an owner, understanding cross‑functionally from ideation, execution, launch and beyond what is needed for a product to succeed
Excellent tactical and strategic thinking as well as interpersonal, written and verbal communication and presentation skills
You have experience in defining innovative products and experiences as well as leading teams
You should possess a proven ability to translate member insights into member experience and business strategy recommendations
Collaborative and reliable team member who can play a leadership role on cross‑functional teams with a proven ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment
Decision‑making experiences demonstrating appropriate balance between thoughtful research and the need for timeliness
You have a “can do” attitude and work towards bringing positivity and solutions to user problems
Keen attention to detail and systems thinking
Ability to effectively plan measures of success, organize, analyze, and present data with solutions
Passion for crafting and creative content
