Sales Director, Regional Growth & Team Leadership

Wesco is seeking a Director of Sales to lead and grow a regional sales organization. You will drive revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction through field and inside sales teams, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities include developing sales plans, forecasting, expanding supplier relationships, and guiding staff through hiring, training and performance management. Occasional travel is required to meet customers and goals.
