2nd Shift Production Supervisor | Lean & 5S Champion

Stanley Black & Decker seeks a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift (2:00pm - 10:00pm) on-site in Mission, TX. Lead manufacturing teams, analyze production plans, and align resources to hit daily targets while upholding safety and quality standards.
You will drive continuous improvement, enforce 5S, manage start-ups, and train staff. Requires 3–5 years in manufacturing supervision, SAP knowledge, Lean principles, and English/Spanish bilingual skills.
